Asbestos registers are a workplace safety management tool. It records the location, type, condition, and ID date of all asbestos and asbestos-containing materials.Our Licensed Asbestos Assessor(Occupational Hygienist) creates a register for you. It is a record of asbestos-containing materials in a workplace.An asbestos register has this information: The location of asbestos at work. The type of asbestos (e.g., insulation, roofing, flooring).
The state of the asbestos (e.g., intact, damaged, deteriorated). Proposals and recommendations for how to manage asbestos.
If you manage or control a workplace building, structure, or plant built before 2004 or in Queensland (Australia) before 1990, you must make and keep an asbestos register at the workplace.
By maintaining this register, organisations can take necessary precautions to prevent accidental damage and exposure.

The Code of Practice: “How to manage and control asbestos in the workplace,” published by Safe Work Australia, provides more detailed information on these registers.

We provide three different types of asbestos registers.

This register is the most basic package option. A licensed asbestos assessor will document and report all suspect areas with photos. They will then sign off on the report.

No physical sampling or testing will take place during this report. Limited safe access makes this appropriate. Or when sampling is not allowed or is not possible.

The report will include sample results from selected areas. All our testing is NATA-approved..

We’ll provide a Certificate of Analysis to make the report more detailed. It will also show whether and what type of asbestos is present.

We sample all suspect materials in a NATA-approved laboratory. The goal is to find asbestos,which will give the report full details and prove the presence or absence of asbestos.

Our trained professionals can offer options for safely removing and encapsulating minor damage. We can do this in areas where they have removed the product for sampling..
